Kingfisher, Haslar Lake
My first ever picture of this lovely bird. I have seen one in the area just twice since moving to Gosport, but have never been in a position to photograph it. This isn't a very good picture and required more Photoshopping than I am comfortable with to bring out the shadow detail against a strong early morning sun, but after the long wait I am very pleased to have achieved even this!
